Beauty queen Imelda Schweighart clashes with Pinoy K-Pop fans, vows to take bashers to jail

Hours after controversial beauty queen former Miss Philippines Earth Imelda Schweighart criticized Filipinos who idolize K-Pop stars, her Facebook has been disabled as she vowed to take bashers to jail for alleged defamation, harassment, and invasion of privacy.

On Instagram stories Nov. 24, Imelda said: "Disabled na ang Facebook ko. Marami sigurong nagreport. 25K to anyone who can recover my FB."

But an irate Imelda warned bashers for their rude comments and posts on Instagram.

"Don't wait till your names are in court for your words. I swear to God you have crossed the line and you will go to jail. Know who you're dealing with and how much money I'm willing to burn from my anger. 

"You wanna take it out on me? Read about Cybercrime Law and the bail. I see you all. Yung gigil ko walang atrasahan ha. Magtawag na kayo ng magulang. Walang iyakan!

The German-Filipino beauty queen said that she's giving them one day to remove all the negative posts or comments about her or else she will pursue the case.

"I have been listing names after consulting my lawyer. I'm filing a case against every single person who has been messaging me under RA 10175 Cybercrime Law for Online Harassment, Invasion of Privacy, and Defamation of Character.'

"I'll give you all one day to remove your words, till I really get on with this. You are all getting on my nerves. Don't get me mad, I'm a nice person but not so nice when mad.

"These kpop fans are fxxxxng sadists, man," she said.

It all started when Imelda said on social media that she hated K-Pop, adding that some Filipinos are losing their identity for being fanatic to the K-Pop culture.

But Filipino K-Pop fans just laughed at the threats of Imelda and bashed her.

Filipino K-Pop fans on several social media sites urged everyone to unite against the beauty queen-turned-singer.
