Lumina Events PH, La Union get 6 nominations for 33rd Aliw Awards

Bernard Yabut Maybituin, Lumina Events PH and the Provincial Government of La Union received six nominations nominations for the ALIW Awards 2020 which will take place at the Fiesta Pavilion, The Manila Hotel on Dec. 8.

Maybityuin received nominations for the Mutia ti La Union 2020 events which received nods for Best Special Events Production; Best Festival Practices and Performance; and Best Special Events Director.

The La Union Vibrant Women Incorporated (LUVWI) Charity Ball 2020 Abel Iloko Fashion Show and Creative Agricultural Costume Presentation was up for Best Special Events Production; and Best Special Events Director.

The Provincial Government of La Union led by Gov. Francisco Emmanuel "Pacoy" R. Ortega III was nominated for Best Festival Catalyst/Organizer.

"Thank you very much. I am humbled and honored," said Maybituin when he was informed of the nominations.

The first and only non-stock non-profit private organization dedicated to the elevation of standards of Philippine live entertainment, Aliw Awards Foundation, Inc. has a two-pronged means to attain its objective: giving due recognition to live entertainers through a system of awards in various categories and developing talented but less fortunate up and coming entertainers.
