BIR announces availability of 3 electronic tax returns

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) said that offline electronic BIR forms (eBIRForms) Package Version 7.7 are now available.

BIR Commissioner Caesar Dulay told business operators and their accountants that the forms can be secured through www.bir.gov.ph., or at www.knowyourtaxes.ph.

These are: BIR Form1604-C ( Annual Information of Income Taxes Withheld on Compensation); BIR Form 1604-F (Annual Information Return of Income Payments Subject to Final Withholding taxes, and BIR Form 1604-E (Annual Income Tax Return of creditable income Taxes). 

The Forms 1604-C and 1604-F shall be filed on or before January 31 and March 1, respectively, a year after the taxes were paid.

Dulay issued the advisory in Revenue Memorandum Circular 118-2020.
