Angelica Panganiban doesn't have any problem being romantically linked with Zanjoe Marudo. In fact, she is more than ready to play it up.
Recently on Instagram, Angelica shared a photo of the 38-year-old actor with the text: "Sinalubong ako ng rumored boyfriend ko."
Zanjoe was quite game about it, too.
He reposted the same photo on his social media account with a side comment that read: "Nagkadevelopan."
It should be noted the two are currently working together on a show dubbed "Walang Hanggang Paalam."
Promotional gimmick? Who knows? Maybe.
Only days ago, talk about the 34-year-old actress supposedly having found new love surfaced.
She is mum on the issue but her recent interviews seem to point towards the possibility.
In an episode on her digital show "Ask Angelica" a few days ago, John Prats asked about the current state of her heart, to which Angelica replied: “Kalmado 'yung puso ko ngayon.”
Sunshine Garcia followed it up with the question “Meron na bang nagpapatibok sa puso mo?”
Angelica jokingly answered, “Matagal nang tumitibok ang puso ko dahil sa pusa ko..."
Then Vice Ganda asked her who among local celebrities she would want to be romantically linked with.
She said: “Sa local, wala. Meron na ako!”
Her bestie Glaiza de Castro was more forthcoming.
She told Angelica: “Ngayon, hindi ka na mahihirapan dahil may nagki-care sa ‘yo. Basta, iyon na ‘yun! Masaya ako para sa ‘yo, amiga.”
Another friend, Kevin Samson, added: “Alam ko naman you’re more than happy right now, kasi naniniwala ako na for every person na aalis sa buhay mo, even temporary lang, meron at merong ipapalit si Lord to make you even happier. And you deserve to be. That is an answered prayer for me.”
