Scarlet Snow Belo reaches out to victims of typhoon 'Ulysses'

Celebrity baby Scarlet Snow Belo, daughter of Vicky Belo and Hayden Kho, is ready to help the victims of typhoon Ulysses in Marikina City!


On Instagram Nov. 13, Scarlet posed among the relief packs which will be distributed to the needy affected by the typhoon.


Her caption read: "Hang in there, Marikina! Help is on it’s way. I packed these goodies myself so it’s packed with my love ? Please stay strong, ok. Even if it’s hard."


Marikina City is one of the hardest hit areas of the typhoon when it slammed Luzon Wednesday.


Rising waters in the eastern part of the city destroyed houses and other properties in the area at the height of the weather disturbance.
