2NE1's Minzy to establish music career in PH

True-blue Korean pop music star Minzy is to launch a solo career in the Philippines.

This was confirmed by Viva Artist Agency (VAA), recently.

The agency will be handling her career here in collaboration with Open Door Artist management and MZ Entertainment.

A multi-platinum artist, Minzy started her career with the popular South Korean pop group 2NE1.

She embarked on a solo career in 2016 with “Ninano,” which placed at the US Billboard World Charts.

She followed it up with “Uno” in 2017, which netted her another Billboard World Albums chart nod, peaking at the number 2 spot.

An electrifying performer, Minzy has since earned the moniker “Queen Of Dance.”

She is to bring the same passion here starting with the upcoming local version of “Lovely,” with additional choruses in Filipino.

Since VAA is a multi-media company, we asked if there is a possibility of Minzy appearing in movies and according to them, she just might.

The new version of “Lovely” will be released on digital streaming platforms on Nov. 20.
