Commissioner Caesar Dulay of the Bureau of Internal Revenue has reshuffled 13 regional and assistant directors in preparation for next year's tax collection drive.

Informed sources said more major personnel changes are expected before the year ends.
Fiscal authorities are expected to assign to the bureau the bulk of the proposed P4.5-trillion national budget for 2021 being the premier tax collection arm of the government.
The BIR is raising roughly 70 percent of the government's annual outlay.
Regional directors given new assignment were Gerry Dumayas from Cavite-Batangas-Mindoro-Romblon (CaBaMiRo) to Caloocan City; Dante Aninag from Cagayan de Oro City to CaBaMiRo; Esmeralda Tabule from Iloilo City to Cagayan de Oro City; Thelma Milabao from Calasiao, Pangasinan to Tuguegarao City, Cagayan; and Josie Virtucio from Tuguegarao to Calasiao.
South NCR Assistant Regional Director Bobby Mailig was promoted as director of Iloilo City.
Assistant directors transferred were Rodrigo Rivamonte to Caloocan City, VC Candagen to Calasiao, Christine Juliet Chua to Iloilo City, Emir Abutazil to South NCR, Don Damon Valera to Cagayan de Oro City, Fely Simon to CaBaMiRo, and Analynsia Alarde to Laguna-Quezon-Marinduque.
