Steven Spielberg's adopted daughter is a proud porn star
MIkaela Spielberg, daughter of Oscar-winning director Steven Spielberg and actress Kate Capshaw, has said that working in the sex industry has been a healing for her.
In a new interview with the Daily Beast, as published by New York Post, Mikaela said her work has been “life-affirming.”
“I felt like had I not done the work I needed to do on myself, and on my relationships, I would have been dead within the year,” the adult webcam actress said.
Mikaela, 24, claimed her high-profile parents were “intrigued” by her new career path.
“I actually think that once they see how far I’ve come from the bottom I was at a year and a half ago, they’re going to look at this and go, ‘Wow, we actually raised a really self-assured young lady,’ ” she said in February.
She added: “My safety has always been a number one priority for them. I’m not doing this out of an urge to hurt anyone or to be spiteful.”

Mikaela, also an aspiring professional exotic dancer, discussed about refining her work in the adult industry.
“I’ve learned that I do not enjoy hardcore content personally. Whatever you decide to make is your decision, but I enjoy soft content and passion content," she said.
In February, Mikaela made headlines when she was jailed for domestic abuse following a dispute with former fiancé and pro dart player Chuck Pankow, who is reportedly 27 years her senior.
Nominated in the best director category at the Oscars seven times, Steven Spielberg, 73, is the Oscar-winning director of the movies "Schindler's List" and "Saving Private Ryan."
