K-pop boy band Monsta X, girl group Mamamoo and WINNER’s Mino grabbed the first three places on the weekly album chart in the first week of November.
Korea’s Hanteo Chart released the rankings for the weekly album chart covering the period Nov. 2 to 8.
Monsta X’s new album “Fatal Love,” released on Nov. 2, took first place with sales of 166,746 copies, which are also the album’s first week sales. The total is higher by 48,150 copies compared to their last album “Fantasia X,” which garnered 118,596 copies in the first week of release.
Mamamoo’s “Travel” album placed second with total sales of 119,377 copies for the period. The album recorded first-week sales of 128,966 copies, an increase of 58,430 copies compared to their last album “Reality in Black,” which had 79,536, according to Hanteo Chart.
WINNER member Mino’s “Take” album, released on Nov. 4, is in third place with 83,097 copies sold. AB6IX’s “Salute’ placed fourth with 80,056 copies sold followed by Park Ji-hoon’s “Message” with 42,522.
