The released date of the highly anticipated second season of “The Promised Neverland” has been officially confirmed.

The official Twitter of anime programming block Fuji TV’s Noitamina announced on Thursday that “The Promised Neverland” season 2 will be released on January 7, 2021.
In a separate post on the official Twitter account of “The Promised Neverland,” it also confirmed the release date and shared a short clip video from season 1.
The anime series “The Promised Neverland” is based on a manga written by Kaui Shirai and illustrated by Posuka Demizu.
It follows the story of smart kids Norman, Rey, and Emma as they discover the cruel fate that awaits them at an orphanage. They vow to lead the other children in a risky escape plan as they battle demons.
Last June, the creators released its final chapter. The first season of the anime adaptation was aired in 2019.
