This was according to the Facebook post of Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso, saying all Manila evacuees have returned to their respective homes.

"Nakaalis na po sa ating evacuation centers ang lahat ng mga indibidwal na inilikas natin kahapon mula sa kanilang mga tahanan dahil sa pananalasa ng Bagyong Rolly (All individuals who had been evacuated yesterday due to Typhoon ‘Rolly’ have already left our evacuation centers)," he said today (November 2).

Domagoso said the personnel of Manila Department of Social Welfare (MDSW) distributed food boxes before the evacuees left the evacuation centers.

Each box contains two kilos of rice, three cans of meatloaf, two pieces of instant coffee, a can of corned beef, and three packs of noodles.

The mayor expressed gratitude to MDSW Director Re Fugoso and her personnel for taking care of the Manileños at evacuation sites.

"Sa awa ng Diyos ay nasa maayos na kalagayan naman po ang lahat (With God's mercy, everyone is sound and safe)," said Domagoso.

Data from the city government showed that 1,008 families or 4,128 individuals stayed at the five designated evacuation sites, namely, Baseco Evacuation Center, Benigno Aquino Elementary School, Hermigildo J. Atienza Elementary School, Rosauro Almario Elementary School, and Isabelo Delos Reyes Elementary School.

The people evacuated yesterday (November 1) were from the areas of Isla Puting Bato and Baseco.

Despite Super Typhoon “Rolly” has already left the Philippine area of responsibility, Metro Manila is still under alert level 1 due to Tropical Storm “Siony.”
