'Alex Mania' hits Manila as teen sensation enters the Final 8 of French Open Juniors

People are showing their support to Alex Eala in her French Open Juniors campaign by putting up banners on buildings and bridges to wish the 15-year-old player good luck.

The Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy in Mallorca, Spain where Eala is a scholar featured several photos sent by fans in its Instagram account.

“Alex Mania in Philippines!! Mabuhay! This is how Philippines is supporting Alex during participation in Roland Garros Junior. Good luck! VAMOS!” the academy posted along with the photos of banners hung in strategic locations.

Eala is currently competing in the girls singles quarterfinals against Linda Noskova of Czech Republic as the PH bet aims for her second Grand Slam title.
