Elha Nympha grateful to inspire fans over her transformation journey

More than anything, singer Elha Nympha is filled with gratitude that aside from herself, she was able to inspire her fans and followers in a way or another.

During an interview with Toni Gonzaga for "I Feel U," Nympha admitted how she never thought her slimmer figure could affect others that's why she's happy to have motivated many of them.

Recall that last July when the teen singer surprised her Instagram followers by uploading a photo of her body transformation.

According to Elha, her journey started in March where she continued with two meals a day without carbs then exercising two or three times a day.

“Kasi before po, nag-diet na po ako and nag-lose na ako ng weight before tapos biglang may in-in take ako na medicine kaya medyo lumaki. May point po na parang gusto ko lang po ng change para sa sarili ko. Ayun po, nag-start po 'yun nu'ng March,” she said.

Elha noted how she started with small goals then things fell into places.

"Dapat next week, ganito na ang weight ko, pa unti-unti po. Hindi ko na lang po namalayan na sobrang nag-lose na po pala talaga ako ng weight. Hanggang ngayon po, nagda-diet pa rin po,” she added.

Elha also opened up about her new relationship.

She said she's happy being in love with boyfriend Brian Gazmen.

Elha said the 20-year-old singer-actor is also among her inspiration to become a better person.

“Siya po ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit ko po binuild up yung sarili ko, bakit po ako nag-diet, bakit din po ako naging confident sa sarili ko ngayon,” she said.
