Chemist Pinky Tobiano's 'Grateful Tuesdays' continues to share blessings amid pandemic

After two successful episodes, "Grateful Tuesdays," through the initiative of its host chemist Pinky Tobiano, has reached and helped over 1,000 individuals, including 200 families, 370 abandoned lolos and lolas in Graces for the Aged and 150 rescued kids in Reception and Study for Children.

With the help of her friends, Tobiano was able to conduct Care-and-Share program in two barangays in Quezon City namely Brgy. Katipunan and Brgy. Paltok. Food packs and gift packs as well as health kit were distributed to the residents of the these barangays who were hardly hit by the pandemic.

Aside from that, two brand new laptops were already given by Tobiano in the first two weeks of the show. The laptop winners were chosen through the inspiring stories they sent via email. The contest aims to give laptop to deserving individuals who really need it at the most like students enrolled in online classes or struggling employees in a work-from-home set-up.

Last Tuesday, September 29, Peter Roncales, a newly retrenched employee who went viral on social media because of his incredible and touching story of riding a bicycle for 10 days from Parañaque to Eastern Samar in order to get home, received a special surprise from Tobiano. In a phone interview together with Yeng Constantino, Tobiano surprised Roncales with P10,000 as a gift from the show.

Also, 10 lucky online viewers of the show in each episode received P300 worth of load. "Grateful Tuesdays" also features inspiring viral stories and heroic acts of our kababayans who are striving hard and giving us inspiration in these trying times.

Tobiano is joined by Pop-Rock Superstar Yeng Constantino as co-host and Charm Aranton as Charming Lakwatsadora during the Care-and-Share program in the chosen barangay.

"Grateful Tuesdays" airs every Tuesday at 7 pm-8 pm live at CSTV Facebook page. It is streaming simultaneously on Tobiano's FB Page, Cornerstone Entertainment YouTube Channel and CSTV Kumu Account.
