Pia Wurtzbach calls new Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo 'bunso'

Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach has welcomed newly crowned Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo to the Miss Universe Philippines family.

"Congratulations queen!! Welcome to the sisterhood. Ikaw ang bunso (youngest)," said Pia in the comments section of Mateo's Instagram.

Rabiya replied: "Aww! Thank you, Ate Pia. I can't wait to talk to you about life. I know marami ako matututunan."

The new beauty queen offered her victory to her mom and grandmother for teaching her to be strong and empowered.
