Major Judge Rowe Donato, Makati Police substation 6 chief, said suspect Su Jia Shun, a former Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) employee, told them that his supplier of shabu and guns is also a Chinese national.

“We will conduct a follow-up operation to catch his supplier of guns and shabu. He said that the supplier is also a Chinese national,” he told the Manila Bulletin in Filipino.

Donato declined to disclose the other information given by Su as it may compromise their operation.

Earlier this day, Su was apprehended after the driver of a courier service reported to Pasay Police about the suspicious package he asked him to deliver to someone in Pasay City. The driver reportedly opened the package and found out that it was containing a gun and “shabu.”

Then, the Pasay Police coordinated the Makati Police in order for them to conduct a follow-up operation to arrest Su.

Policemen seized around P100, 000 worth of supposed shabu from his condominium unit in Barangay Poblacion, Makati during their follow-up operation.

As such, cops found glass bongs with pipes (some are already used), marijuana leaves, and pieces of ammunition placed inside tea bags.

Makati Police said Su was selling shabu to POGO workers.

Su is now under the custody of Makati Police.
