A Cameroon national was shot dead by a still unidentified gunman past midnight in Pasay City Tuesday.
Police identified the victim as Divine Njua Komfum, 47 of Unit A Villa Vista Condo, Barangay Sto. Nino, Paranque City. He died on the spot from a single bullet in the head.
A CCTV footage obtained by the police showed that Komfum was walking along Arnaiz St corner Roxas Boulevard at about 12:15 a.m. Tuesday when the gunman who was following the victim sneaked from behind and shot Komfum in the head.
Police said a female friend of the victim who arrived at the crime scene claimed Komfum owns bar in Parañaque.
The Pasay police is investigating the incident.
