K-pop idol group BTS achieved another record when their “Boy With Luv” featuring Halsey music video reached one billion views on YouTube.

“Boy With Luv” attained one billion views on Oct. 24, or 18 months after it was uploaded on April 12, 2019, making it BTS’ second music video to set the milestone.

Last June 1, BTS’ “DNA” reached one billion views, or two years and eight months after it was released on Sept. 18, 2017. This made BTS the first K-pop male group to have a single music video with 1 billion views.

“Boy With Luv” is the main track of the idol group’s “Map of the Soul: Persona” album that was released also on April 12, 2019.
