Abueva is back

The PBA has finally lifted the indefinite suspension slapped to Phoenix Super LPG forward Calvin Abueva, paving way for his highly anticipated return on Monday against NLEX.

League chief Willie Marcial announced the development which ended the 16-month wait for Abueva, who has also gone to three online seminars and a drug test before getting back his professional license from the Games and Amusement Board.

"Sana nakabuti kay Calvin ang nangyaring ito," said Marcial. 

The one-time PBA champion was suspended for a clothesline hit to TNT import Terrence Jones and an altercation with Ray Parks Jr.'s girlfriend during the 2019 Commissioner's Cup.
