True to its words, Bren Esports demolished Akosi Dogie's Nexplay Solid, 3-0, to enter the semifinals of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Pro League-Philippines (MPL-PH) Season 6 on Friday night.

Hyper carry Karl Gabriel "KarlTzy" Nepomuceno wreaked havoc in the series opener highlighted by a flashy savage before combining forces with CJ "Ribo" Ribo in the last two games as Bren carried out coach Francis "Duckey" Glindro's bold prediction last week.

Duckey claimed in the Asus ROG Podcast that "it's definitely 3-0 for Bren" against NXP in the first round of the single elimination playoffs.

Bren will battle Onic PH in the Final Four on Saturday following the Execration-Smart Omega tussle. Onic earlier dethroned two-time champion and fierce rival Aura via a sweep.

Bren and Onic have secured for themselves at least $3,000 (P145,000).

NXP settled for $1,500 (P72,800) together with fellow 5th-8th place finishers Aura, Blacklist International and Cignal Ultra.

KarlTzy's Lancelot capped off the black and gold squad's dominance in the series opener with a dazzling outplay against three NXP players to complete a savage.

He went perfect with nine kills and seven assists to spearhead Bren's 18-5 victory in 13 minutes.

The SEA Games gold medalist was an unstoppable force again in Game 2 on his Ling, dishing out 33k hero damage and 16k turret damage.

His fellow SEAG winner in Ribo also shone with his Barats unloading 35k hero damage in the 18-6 win in 13 minutes.

NXP had its first taste of a lead early in Game 3 but Ribo's Xborg enabled Bren to turn the tides with a 4-0 exchange in the 13th minute.

Duckey's boys never looked behind from there as they took a 20-14 win in nearly 18 minutes.
