GMA Network airs Miss Universe Philippines this Sunday

GMA Network proudly airs the much-anticipated and most prestigious pageant of the year ‘Miss Universe Philippines’ this Sunday, October 25.

For the first time ever, there will be no live audience and with a limited production staff to ensure the safety of everyone.

All pre-pageant events including the preliminary interview, national costume, swimsuit and evening gown, and grand finale are all to be filmed at the Baguio Country Club in Baguio City, in adherence to the FDCP - DOH Health and Safety Protocols for the Conduct of Film and Audiovisual Production Shoots to Mitigate COVID-19.

Reigning Miss Universe Philippines Gazini Ganados

GMA First Vice President for Program Management Jose Mari R. Abacan expressed his enthusiasm in partnering with Miss Universe Philippines, “GMA has always been open to partnerships with independent producers, and so we are very pleased that the organization behind the Miss Universe Philippines pageant approached us about this landmark project. This being the first edition of the tilt, it will always have a special place in the hearts of pageant enthusiasts.”

Who will be crowned the winner and bag the highly-coveted title? Don't miss the grand coronation of Miss Universe Philippines at 9 a.m. with a replay at 10:30 p.m. on GMA-7 this Sunday, October 25.
