Suntrust hits the sweet spot in The Arcadia

Published Oct 18, 2020 10:00 am

Suntrust’s new residential development hits that sweet spot between the pleasures of countryside living and the convenience of the city. Situated within minutes of mountain and sea, The Arcadia is the Filipino developer’s entry into the booming Subic-Clark area in Pampanga.

The Arcadia is located in Manibaug and Paralaya in Porac. It is only a few minutes away from major roadways like SCTEX and NLEX, and straddles a convenient midpoint between Clark and Subic, making it an easy drive to Clark International Airport or to the Subic Freeport. It is an hour and a half away from Metro Manila via the NLEX.

Also within a short drive are major schools, hospitals, and churches in the Angeles City, Porac, and San Fernando areas, as well as shopping malls like SM City Clark and Marquee Mall. Best of all, it is surrounded by several natural leisure spots, such as hiking trails through the hills and mountains surrounding Porac, freshwater attractions such as waterfalls and hot springs in and around the small Pampanga town. A few minutes’ drive away are the beaches of Bataan and Subic.

The Arcadia is designed to maximize its location in the expansive, sunny terrain of Porac, the largest town in Pampanga. The residential development features modern contemporary homes and resort-inspired amenities, all within a masterplanned community with shared spaces that are meant to grow a community and promote a sustainable, vibrant lifestyle.

The development harmoniously groups together the house style designs, which range in size from 50 to 130 square meters, and three- or four-bedroom options. Homeowners can choose to live in two-story townhouse units or single-detached homes. The houses are designed around community-building amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, wedding gazebo, basketball court, children’s play area, and an open activity area. There are also pocket parks throughout the development where neighbors can get together. Landscaped entrance gates with CCTV, a perimeter wall, streetlights, and 24/7 security make sure that residents enjoy peace of mind at The Arcadia.

The Arcadia is a project of Suntrust Properties, Inc., a 100 percent wholly-owned subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation. Suntrust builds on over 65 years of real estate development expertise, thanks to the track record of its predecessor, Stateland, Inc., which was acquired by the group in 2018. It is also the recipient of several awards recognizing its achievements in innovative real estate development.

Among the amenities at The Arcadia is a common basketball court

Suntrust Properties has a long record of developing communities outside of the National Capital Region, having built communities in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bacolod, Baguio, Davao, Cadiz, and Tagum. Its impressive countryside portfolio is complemented by townhouse and condominium projects in the City of Manila, Quezon City, Pasig City, and Mandaluyong City.
