'Respeto' now available online

Award-winning film "Respeto" can now be streamed online.

Director Treb Monteras took to Instagram to announce that the movie is now available via Apple TV.

Respeto follows the story of Hendrix (Abra), an aspiring young rapper who strikes up an unexpected friendship with an elderly bookstore owner (Dido dela Paz) who has a dark past.

The film also stars Loonie, Kate Alejandrino, Chai Fonacier, Ybes Bagadiong, Brian Arda, Thea Yrastorza, and Nor Domingo.

"Respeto" won the Best Film plum at the 2017 Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival.

It also bagged Best Supporting Actor (Dido dela Paz), Best Editing, Best Cinematography, and Best Sound.

"Respeto" is also available on Amazon Prime, Vudu, and Microsoft Store.
