Erram, Quinahan get fines for ejections

ANGELES CITY--TNT's Poy Erram and NLEX's JR Quiñahan were slapped with fines following their ejections during the Philippine Cup restart last Sunday at the Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center 

Erram was thrown out of the court for incurring a flagrant foul penalty one and a technical foul in the Tropang Giga's 100-95 win over Alaska. 

Quiñahan committed the same offenses in the Road Warriors' 92-102 loss to Barangay Ginebra. 

The PBA handed the penalty to the two big men with a lowered sanction, taking into the consideration the league's lengthy layoff due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

The amount of fines was not disclosed, but ejections normally cost P5,000. 
Alaska forward Rodney Brondial also received a fine for his flagrant foul in their game versus TNT. 

PBA commissioner Willie Marcial has already talked with the three players on Tuesday.
