The description box of the clip read,  "Hi, everyone! To answer all of your questions kung bakit matagal na akong hindi nagpopost on my YouTube channel, here's a quick life update! I hope this video gives you a good idea on how I've been and what I've been doing with my family this quarantine."

In the video, Diana shared how she took two tests to confirm her pregnancy.

She also shared how she revealed the gender of the baby to her husband by video calling his father.

Then the actress also showcased the gifts they received from friends in show business like Alfred Vargas, Aubrey and Troy Montero, Camille Prats, and Ara Mina.

In the middle part of the clip, the couple's first child, Aliyah, expressed excitement over her pregnancy.

"When the baby comes out I'll share my toys to her," she promised.

Andy also revealed he wasn't with Diana when she gave birth due to the ongoing pandemic.

"So due to the whole COVID situation I wasn't able to be there to see our baby born because when Diana comes back she needs to do two weeks of quarantine here in the house," he said. "So with Aliyah and King, we decided na it was best that I stay with the kids for the two weeks and Diana stays with our baby for the two weeks. So sadly I wasn't able to be there."

He admitted that this time, he's more "emotional" welcoming their child, comparing it to their first where he was "more in shock."

Diana and Andy exchanged "I dos" in 2015.

They welcomed their first child in 2016.

Diana has a son named King with former husband Alex Lopez, who passed away in 2010.
