To help students and teachers who do not have access to gadgets needed for blended learning, the Jose Abad Santos Police Station 7 launched the Computer on Wheels in Tondo.

The converted air conditioned container van is located at Jose Abad Santos corner Tecson Street and holds three computers with Internet connection, five laptops, and three printers donated by the Federation of Filipino Chinese Chamber of Commerce Inc. (FFCCCII).
Station commander Lt. Col. Harry Ruiz Lorenzo told Manila Bulletin that their goal is to provide free resources for students and teachers.
Aside from offering free Internet and use of the gadgets, printing of learning materials is also free.
"Inadopt po namin ang Lapulapu Elementary School para sa pag-print ng ibang modular materials at kasama po natin ang kapulisan sa pag didistribute nito sa mga estudyante at komunidad (We adopted Lapulapu Elementary School to provide them free printed modular materials and we will who distribute them to students and to the community)," Lorenzo said.
To ensure that minimum health protocols are followed, barriers are placed between computers and upon entry, students and teachers who will use the learning center will have their temperatures checked.
Lorenzo said the project will help a lot of students and teachers because there are still a lot who do not have access to computers in their barangays.
"Pag nagbukas na ang klase, mag-adopt po kami ng mga estudyante within the vicinity ng computer wheels (We are planning to adopt more students within the vicinity of computer wheels once the classes start)," he added.
Lorenzo also urged barangay captains to convert daycare centers in their areas into computer hubs to help more students and teachers.
