Southeast Asian artists unite for 'Heal' project

Jayda, Jona, Kyla, KZ Tandingan, Lesha, Moira Dela Torre, and Xela have songs in an album that also has contributions from other emerging artists in Southeast Asia’s music scene.

The album "Heal" that delivers a message of hope has tracks from Indonesian singers Rinni Wulandari and Yura Yunita, Malaysian artists DOLLA and Shalma Eliana, Singaporean talents Haneri and Haven, and Thai artist Valentina Ploy.

The title track produced by ABS-CBN Music International drops on digital streaming platforms on Sept. 11.

A first in the region, the “Heal” project seeks to convey love and spur unity for everyone’s healing during these trying times. It was composed by ABS-CBN Music creative director Jonathan Manalo, Moophs, and Alex Godinez aka Xela.

The collaboration is also a #StreamToDonate project, with all of the participating artists donating their share of fees and royalties to ABS-CBN’s “Pantawid ng Pag-ibig,” a fund-raising campaign which aims to provide relief to Filipinos who have lost their sources of livelihood due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
