CAGAYAN – A 20-year-old expert in online selling was arrested by anti-narcotics agent after he alleged deal in trading marijuana through the internet in Barangay Sagana, Santiago City in Isabela province.
Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Region 2 (PDEA 2) identified the suspect as Alvin Dominic Narag, who was in the regional target list of the Philippine National Police (PNP), and city target list of the PDEA).
He was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted at around 11.30 am, Thursday, September 3, with authorities being able to seize 20 grams of marijuana from him.
Narag had been under surveillance for weeks after operatives found out that he had been selling marijuana online.
Meanwhile, Police Regional Office 2 arrested three individuals in separate buy-bust operations, September 2.
Arrested were Allan Paul Sion, 29, a tattoo artist and Melvin Domingo, 19, and a vendor. Both were residents of P1, Brgy. San Nicolas, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.
The other suspct was Romeo Asor, 60, carpenter and a resident of Purok Mirasol Phase 2, Brgy. Banganan, Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya.
