Veteran newscaster and TV host Arnold Clavio is still surprisingly silent over issues hurled against him by Sarah Balabagan.

With several media personalities already dipping into the issue, including Ben Tulfo and Lolit Solis, people are now wondering if and when Clavio would actually address Balabagan’s week-old accusation he fathered her eldest child, now 21, while she was just in her teens.

In contrast to Clavio’s continued silence, Balabagan is seemingly too eager to make more noise.

Just recently, the former OFW who was once sentenced to die in the United Arab Emirates for killing her employer following an alleged molestation attempt -- is now urging Arnold to speak up on the matter.

In an interview with Tulfo, which was posted on YouTube Tuesday, she told Arnold, “Aminin mo na lang. Magpakalalaki ka. Aminin mo yung ginawa mo sa akin...”

Asked why she chose to reveal the information several decades after the fact, Sarah said, “E, kasi po ngayon lang ako nagkaroon ng opportunity, e.”

She revealed being asked by several politicians to do the same in the past but she maintained, “Hindi po ako pumayag, dahil ayaw ko pong magamit ako sa pulitika.”

"Wala po akong intensiyon kung hindi yung sabihin lang yung katotohanan,” she added.

Balabagan is now living in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA with her five kids and husband Jun Sereno.

This writer tried to get Clavio’s side of the story through GMA-7 but is yet to receive a response.

Meanwhile, Apollo Quiboloy, founder and leader of the Philippines-based Kingdom of Jesus Christ and self-appointed “Son of God” is now also goading Clavio to open up on the matter.He told the veteran newscaster in a recent episode of his program, "Harapin mo yung sinabi ni Sarah Balabagan. Harapin mo kung tunay mong anak 'yun. Ipakilala mo... na ito anak ko kay Sarah Balabagan. Mayroon ka pa lang sikreto rin eh na mas matindi pa. Tapos binabatikos mo pa 'yung Pangulo na Duterte imbes na tumulong ka.”
