The Taguig and Pateros local governments have announced their rules governing the movement of people and the operation of business establishments under general community quarantine (GCQ). 

According to the Taguig Safe City Task Force:

• Face masks and face shields worn together are required on all modes of public transportation and in indoor workplaces and commercial places. 
• Mass gatherings including religious activities are allowed but limited to a maximum of 10 persons. 
• Outdoor exercise is allowed but people should wear face masks at all times and observe a physical distance of five meters. Outdoor non-contact sports and exercises such as jogging, walking, running, playing golf, tennis, badminton, swimming, and skateboarding are also allowed.
• The use of quarantine pass is suspended under GCQ and will only be activated in areas that are put under localized quarantine. However, all households are advised to limit their movement to accessing goods and services and assign only one person to go out. 
• People below 21 years old, those with health risks, pregnant women, and senior citizens are not allowed to go out except when obtaining goods and services, going to and returning from work in offices or industries allowed to operate, and doing outdoor exercise. 
• Curfew in Taguig under GCQ is from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. 
• Barbershops and salons are allowed to operate at 50 percent capacity and they are only allowed to offer hair, nail, and skin care services except full body massage. 
• All restaurants and fast food establishments can operate at 30 percent operational and seating capacity. 
• Barriers on motorcycles are not needed only if both riders are living in the same house. The backrider must be an authorized person outside residence (APOR). The motorcycle must be privately owned and not for hire, and both riders must wear face masks and full-face helmets at all times. 

In Pateros, the local government said:

• Curfew is from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• The liquor ban is still in effect.
• Dine-in services are allowed but only up to 30 percent of seating capacity.
• Tricycle drivers can operate until 9 p.m. but they still need to follow the odd-even scheme or days when they can ply the roads based on the body number of their vehicle. Those with body number ending in an even number can operate on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and those with odd number can operate on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. 
• Sunday lockdown on the entire municipality is lifted but a quarantine pass is still needed to access goods and services under an odd-even scheme. 
• Religious gatherings are allowed but only up to 10 percent seating capacity.
