'Enola Holmes' official poster released

Netflix has released the official poster of the film “Enola Holmes” featuring the star-studded cast.

In a Facebook post, the streaming platform shared the official poster of the film featuring the main cast led by “The Stranger Things” star Millie Brown, Henry Cavill, and Sam Calvin.

“There’s a new Holmes in town. Catch Millie Bobby Brown as Enola Holmes, coming September 23!” the post read.

Based on Nancy Springer’s mystery book series, “The Enola Holmes” follows the story of Sherlock and Mycroft Holmes’ rebellious sister Enola, who often outsmarts her brilliant siblings.

On her 16^th birthday, her mother mysteriously disappears. She was left under the care of her brothers, and sent away to a school for “proper” young ladies. Refusing to follow their wishes, Enola escapes to find her mother in London.

The film also stars Helena Bonham Carter, Adeel Akhtar, Frances de la Tour, and Fiona Shaw among others. “Enola Holmes” is set to premiere on Netflix on Sept. 23.
