The Taguig City government has allowed outdoor exercise in the duration of the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) but limited to one member per household, who can “go out of their homes to exercise within their respective barangay.”

Individuals must wear face masks at all times and maintain a distance of at least 5 meters from others. Pet owners are likewise allowed to walk their pets while biking, walking, jogging or running.
The public is allowed to use common areas such as open spaces, gardens, parks and walkways for an hour per day. They are also allowed to use safe zones, or specific areas in common areas that are for the exclusive use of senior citizens, children, pregnant women and those with co-morbidities or diseases and health conditions. Children 12 years and below must be accompanied by an adult.
Small-scale construction projects are barred including interior fit-out and renovation projects.
Public transportation is not allowed except point-to-point services provided by the government. Tricycles are allowed to operate but limited to one passenger per tricycle.
Individuals going to work or allowed to buy essential supplies are allowed to use motorcycles, bikes and electronic bikes but limited to one occupant.
All drivers and riders must present their Taguig quarantine pass, company ID or certificate of employment upon inspection at checkpoints.
Food establishments are prohibited from offering dine-in services but allowed to offer take-out and delivery services.
The Safe City Taguig said under MECQ, "movement of all residents shall be limited to accessing essential goods and services, and for work in permitted offices or establishments or such other activities.” Individuals need to present their quarantine pass to access essential goods and services.
Curfew is from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. for non-essential “travels and mobility for non-workers.” Application for travel pass is suspended until Aug. 18.
