Be honest about the administration and the Department of Health's (DOH) response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This was Magdalo party-list Rep. Manuel Cabochan III's last minute appeal to President Duterte before he delivers the State-of-the-Nation Address Monday.

"In his speech, the President should be honest about how the DOH and the administration handled the COVID-19 situation and not only be honest on what he feels about the DOH's reaction to the problem," said Cabochan, an administration critic and independent House member.
"It is a wish, I don't see it happening because they don't even look at the mirror to see who are responsible for the mess," added the former Navy lieutenant.
Last February, Cabochan hit the government's failure to immediately impose a ban on the entry of visitors from Wuhan, China to the Philippines. Wuhan is said to be the origin of the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
In early June, the neophyte solon became the first House member to call for DOH Secretary Francisco Duque III's resignation.
He cited Duque's "delayed response" to the threat of COVID-19 earlier this year as among the key factors why the country is in its current predicament.
