American singer-songwriter MAX's upcoming album features a collaboration with K-pop boy band BTS member Suga.
The 28-year-old multi-platinum artist will drop his album “Colour Vision” on Sept. 18. It has 12 tracks: “Blueberry Eyes" (featuring Suga of BTS), “Colour Vision,” “Working For The Weekend,” “Love Me Less (ft. Quinn XCII),” “Acid Dreams,” “Circles,” “”Where Am I At,” “New Life,” “”Checklist (ft. Chromeo),” “Missed Calls (ft. Hayley Kiyoko),” “SOS” and “There Is A God.”
It's the second collaboration between MAX and Suga. In May, Suga, using the name Agust D, featured MAX, also co-writer of the song “Burn It,” a track in his “D-2” mixtape.
“Yes Suga is on my album. Yes it’s been so hard to keep a secret. Yes I can’t wait for you guys to hear the whole album,” Max wrote on Facebook.
Ahead of the release of “Colour Vision,” MAX will drop “Working For The Weekend” on Aug. 14. “Love Me Less,” originally released last year, was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), reached No. 17 on Top 40 radio and has garnered 170 million streams worldwide.
“Lights Down Low,” MAX’s 2016 song, was certified 2X multi-platinum by RIAA in January last year after previously getting gold and platinum certifications.
