Arla Foods, one of the world’s leading farmer-owned dairy company, has expanded its footprint in Asia with the firm’s entry into the Philippine market.

As the world’s largest producer of organic dairy products, Arla Foods it breaking into the local market with the introduction of its organic powdered milk drink which will hit grocery shelves nationwide.

Arla has made its Organic Powdered Milk Drink available across all key retailers including AllDay, Landmark, Metro Gaisano, Puregold, Robinsons, Rustan’s, Shopwise, Savemore, SM Supermarket, Shopwise, and SM Hypermart.

The milk product is also readily available online at Lazada, Shopee, Metromart and Cloud-mart.ph.

“Arla Organic Powdered Milk Drink is a game changer in the Philippines.

He noted that Arla Organic is 100 percent European Organic-certified and produced only from cows that have been raised according to stringent European organic farming methods.

This means that the cows can roam on green fields, fed with organic grass and feeds that are free from chemicals fertilizers and their farmer-owners do not use growth hormones or artificial methods to increase milk production.

Arla Organic Milk is produced in accordance with strict European Union environmental and animal welfare standards its carbon emissions are only about 50 percent of the global average per liter of milk.
