Amid the community quarantine, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) has urged establishments adversely affected by the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic to submit their reports online via the "DOLE Establishment Report System."

"Be informed that effective July 08, 2020, establishments are advised to access https://reports.dole.gov.ph and submit reports online," DOLE CALABARZON said in a Facebook post.
Reports that may be submitted to the system are those regarding the implementation of the flexible work arrangement or alternative work scheme, temporary closure, retrenchment or reduction of workforce, and permanent closure.
But the company has to register with the system by clicking the "Register Your Company Now" button so they can submit their forms.
If the company is already registered, the employer should proceed to the login page to submit Report Forms, starting with the input of the establishment's SSS Number to fill out and submit any of the report forms.
Upon login, click the Report Form to be submitted, fill it up completely, upload the necessary documents and requirements, and submit the report.
After submitting the report, the company will be getting an acknowledgement receipt via email from DOLE, as well as notifications on updates relative to the submitted report.
According to DOLE, the online report system was developed to allow their various stakeholders to comply with the documentary requirements mandated under the Labor Code and other relevant laws and standards in the comfort of their homes or workplaces.
"This is also to minimize physical contact and possible health risks for our clientele and the DOLE workforce," DOLE said.
It was last month, when companies affected by the pandemic were asked to submit a report to the DOLE pursuant to Labor Advisory No. 17, Series of 2020, or the Guidelines on Employment Preservation upon the Resumption of Business Operation.
