The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced that starting July 6, the public can start booking an appointment to request for certification, authentication, or certified true copy of their service eligibility and service records.

Under the Integrated Records Management Office (IRMO) Advisory No. 2, series of 2020, CSC Director IV Maria Leticia G. Reyna said the transactions for such services will be done through their new web-based online scheduling application, the Online Registration, Appointment, and Scheduling System (ORAS).
"With the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to manage the flow of CSC clients for physical distancing and reduction of "waiting time" to lessen their exposure to the unseen virus," she said.
"No walk-in clients shall be entertained," she reminded.
She urged clients to register or sign up at https://services.csc.gov.ph, using any web-connected device, such as a computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet.
Covered by the online booking is the CSC certification and/or authentication or certified true copy of the records on file at the CSC Central Office in Batasang Pambansa Complex, Quezon City.
These include the Career Service (Professional and Subprofessional) Eligibility, Civil Service Eligibility Granted under Special Laws and CSC Issuance, CSC Issuance, which include Memorandum Circular, Resolution, Decision; Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) from 2009 to 2018, and Service Card in various agencies from 1930 to 1989.
Those who will be availing of a certified copy of their employment record, such as Appointment Paper for those who were assigned in agencies under the jurisdiction of the National Capital Region (NCR) and Regional Office No. 4 (Southern Tagalog) from 1980 to 1989, are also encouraged to book their appointment, the CSC said.
The CSC also urged former Civil Service Commission employees to undergo the same process to request for certification of their Statement of Service Record.
"Book your appointment with us through our new web-based online scheduling application, the Online Registration, Appointment, and Scheduling System (ORAS) using any web-connected device, such as a computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet," Reyna said.
She said for inquiries, CSC clients may contact the CSC IRMO at telephone nos. 8931-8092/ 8931-7939 / 8931-7935 local 524 from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or at email address at [email protected].
