The addition of these contactless temperature scanners among the safety protocols are part of the Ayala Malls commitment to welcoming customers to a safe environment where they can buy their essentials with peace of mind. As the country embraces the new normal, Ayala Malls welcomes customers with standardized protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Aside from implementing mandated community quarantine guidelines, such as making face masks mandatory and applying social distancing measures in the common areas and shops, Ayala Malls has also introduced new technology to help ensure that all customers and merchants are protected.  Glorietta Ayala Malls now have the added protection of top-of-the-line thermal imaging scanner which features: 

• Fully-automated, non-contact, highly-accurate and able to measure the temperature of a group of people at a time. 
• The new-generation thermal imaging devices feature a 99 percent accuracy of +/- 0.3 degrees Celsius, and contactless solutions such as Long Temperature Monitoring Distance of up to 1.8 meters along with a High Passage Efficiency of 2 seconds per person. 
• This advanced technology of the temperature measurement terminals are used at world-class establishments such as busy international airports, modern healthcare facilities, and global headquarters of top corporations. 
• The cameras also come with added security features that can help detect pickpockets or shoplifters through facial recognition once they have been identified and entered into the system. The security office will be alerted if the tagged individual re-enters the mall.

Market!, Alabang Town Center, Ayala Center Cebu, Central Bloc, Abreeza, Centrio, Trinoma, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, UP Town Center, Ayala Malls Feliz, and Ayala Malls Fairview.
