OLONGAPO CITY, Zambales – A buy-bust operation conducted by joint elements of City Intel Branch, Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO), and City Police Drug Enforcement Unit yielded more than one kilo of shabu with a street value of P12.5 million.

The operation also led to the arrest of four drug suspects in the operation conducted along Laban St. Balic-Balic Barangay Sta. Rita, Olongapo City on Tuesday, May 26.
The suspects were identified as Archie Boy Usenar, 20; John Mark “Chokoy” Serica, 18; Jeff Dennon ”Wami” Rivera, 28; and Michael Salac.
Olongapo City Police Director Col. Benjamin de Leon Sembrano disclosed that operation was prepared two days before the successful arrest of the suspects, which were included in their watchlist.
“ With the help of patrolya ng bayan, we have successfully nabbed these drug suspects, because they were caught in the mountainous side of Balic-balic in Sta. Rita, Olongapo City” said Sembrano
Olongapo City Police presented the suspects to Mayor Rolen “Lenj” Paulino Jr., along with the confiscated pieces of evidence, such as the marked money and the illegal drugs.
“Mga bata pa kayo, sinasayang niyo ang buhay niyo sa droga at sinisira niyo din ang buhay ng kapwa niyo sa ganyan.” Paulino told the suspects.
“We do not allow this kind of crime here and we will not stop to search those pushers and peddlers involved with drugs, for our city to be drug-free” Paulino stressed.
