Palihang Rogelio Sicat (PRS) has announced it is now rescheduling its writing workshop, originally slated to begin on May 27, to next year due to the crisis brought by COVID-19 pandemic.
There will be no PRS this year. Due to the damage caused by COVID-19, this year's edition, supposedly our 13th, will be labeled as did not occur.)," workshop founder Reuel Aguila said.
Aguila said that the deadline of submission for literary works will be extended until December 1, 2020. Entries may be submitted to [email protected].
The 14th edition of PRS will be held in May 2021.
Future plans are currently being studied)," he added.
Palihang Rogelio Sicat, founded by authors Reuel Aguila and Jimmuel Naval, is named after the late novelist and playwright Rogelio Sicat who was best known for his short story “Impeng Negro” and the one-act play “Moses, Moses.”
