PH Embassy in Italy to resume SSS services

The Philippine Embassy in Italy announced Saturday that it will resume services for Social Security System (SSS) of Filipinos there starting Monday, May 18.

“Pursuant to Public Advisory issued by the Embassy of the Philippines – Rome Italy, SSS Rome informs the public that its services will resume on 18 May 2020 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM but subject to prior appointment,” read a Facebook post on the Philippine Embassy in Italy FB page.

“SSS will strictly observe the No Appointment, No Service Policy,” it was also said in the post.

The embassy likewise reminded applicants that only “clients” will be allowed to enter Embassy premises and no companions will allowed inside.

Clients also need to wear facemasks within embassy premises.

They also need to present appointment confirmation and a valid ID.

They need to ensure that their requirements are in order as applications with incomplete requirements will not be processed.
