Among products available for online purchase are Funtastyk Tocino, Sweet Ham, Karne Norte, San Marino, Danes Cheese, CDO Loaf Bread, and CDO Premium Tonkatsu.
“With the challenges on access to food brought about by the enhanced community quarantine, we had to respond immediately to the call of our consumers,” says Janna Ong, manager of CDO’s Emerging Businesses, said in a statement.
Orders can be made through Viber at 0917 821 4550 or Facebook Messenger at https://www.facebook.com/CDOHomeDelivery/. Orders must be worth at least P300.
Payment for the online orders can be processed through BDO and BPI online banking. CDO said it will add more payment modes in the upcoming weeks.
Once payment is confirmed, CDO said the orders will be available for pick-up the next day.
Customers can use third party delivery services such as Grab and Lalamove for pick-up of orders, according to CDO.
“Orders will be served by one of the company’s CDO Foodstores that are located in strategic areas within Metro Manila,” CDO said.
Ong said they have 25 stores, 22 of which are in Metro Manila, and can accommodate the online orders.
“These foodstores are within or around densely populated communities, that is why we are confident that we will be able to really help consumers to have undisrupted access to food for their families,” Ong said.
“We will never stop looking for ways to help and reach more people, whether it’s through traditional channels and now through digital. CDO is committed to bring home-style products to every Filipino,” added Ong.
Aside from the Home Delivery Service, CDO has also launched a Mobile Foodstore in Valenzuela.
