CAMP GENERAL ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan – A suspected drug dealer was killed after he engaged police anti-narcotics operatives in a shootout after a botched narcotics deal in Barangay Matangtubig in Baliuag town this province on Saturday.
Based on the report submitted to Acting Bulacan Police Director Colonel Lawrence B. Cajipe, the slain suspect was identified as Edgardo Lazaro, alias Ome, 61, of St. Michael Homes, City of Mecauayan.
