Cagayan Valley Medical Center lauded for 'outstanding level of care'

Many likewise noted that it was exceptional that CVMC could perform at such a level when it had, in the past, been “equated to substandard service because of the lack in facilities, and equipment”. Cagayan Third District Board Member Maila Ting-Que also expressed her praise to the CVMC team. "Kudos to our doctors and nurses and staff because we have an excellent record for recovery- it means we have the best teams in CVMC," she said. As of Monday, April 13, CVMC has handled 16 COVID-19 cases, with 14 of these testing negative after second swab retests. Only two patients, identified as PH3668 and PH3773, who are both health workers from Tuguegarao City, continue to be admitted at the CVMC. And according to CVMC Chief Dr. Glenn Mathew Baggao, both were already in stable in condition.
