Philippine Airlines has introduced the myPAL Request Hub, a secure online portal that passengers may use to rebook their flights, request for a refund, or convert their tickets to a travel voucher.
Cielo Villaluna, PAL spokesperson, said passengers can follow these three easy steps:
1). Fill up the formhttps://mypal.vip/url/RequestHub
2). Click the submit button
3). You will receive a confirmation email in 5-7 business days.
Passengers with confirmed tickets purchased through the PAL website, PAL mobile app, PAL ticket offices or the 24/7 PAL Reservations Hotline (+63 2) 8855 8888 may request for changes (rebook/refund/travel voucher) through the online portal myPAL Request Hub.
Please note that for tickets issued by travel agencies, requests on booking changes must be made through the issuing travel agent.
Only cashless refund requests can be processed through the online portal. Requests for refunds of payments should be made made the through credit card companies and other payment systems.
For cash refund requests, passengers may proceed to PAL's NAIA T2 ticket office.
In cases where rebooking requires additional payment, a passenger will receive a corresponding email and a request for confirmation. A secured link will be provided through which one can make an online payment.
