'Plants vs Zombies 3' soft launches in PH announced

According to the game publisher, Plants vs. Zombies 3 will bring back its original plants and zombies characters as well as unlocking new ones. “For this game, we wanted to incorporate social play, faster combat, and deeper synergies for the plant team. These changes meant that some of the old elements (sorry, Lawn Mowers) were reworked to fit this new vision,” said Bruce Maclean, Executive Producer of Plants vs. Zombies 3. Maclean revealed that the game has multiple options to improve sun production which will make the battles more tactical and exciting. “Soft launch is an important time during game development that allows us to gather feedback we’ll use to make the best game possible. The soft launch will begin in the Philippines, with more countries being added to the list as time goes on,” Maclean said. To play the game, an Android Galaxy S6 tier device with KitKat (4.4) or higher, while for Apple devices at least an iPhone 6S or higher device with at least iOs 13.1 or higher, is required. The game developer said the official release date for Plants vs. Zombies 3 has yet to be announced. Plants vs. Zombies is a tower defense and strategic video game developed by PopCap Games for Windows and OS X in May 2009.
