MRT-3 train stalls at Cubao station

By MB Online The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) unloaded 450 passengers at Cubao station in Quezon City Monday morning due to electrical failure. The technical problem caused delay in train operations and affected a heavy volume of passengers in North Avenue, Quezon Avenue and Shaw boulevard stations. By 9 a.m., 15 trains were already reported to be operating with 8.5 minutes headway.
