Constant quakes damaged road in Lemery, Batangas

By Joseph Pedrajas BATANGAS — A portion of a road in Lemery, Batangas was damaged due to constant earthquakes since the eruption of Taal Volcano. Part of the road in Barangay Sinisian East elevated to at least inches tall after it was shattered. Vehicles slowly pass by the  a 10 cm crack of a national road in Bgy. (Ali Vicoy / MANILA BULLETIN) “Kahapon pa po, may maliliit liit na na bitak” (Since yesterday, there were small cracks already), said Christopher Landicho, 40. “Pero kaninang umaga, sobrang lakas ng lindol kaya ganyan yung bitak” (But because of the strong earthquake just this morning, the crack widened), he added.
