Parts of Valenzuela, Quezon City to experience water service interruption on August 7 to 8

By MB Online A large portion of Quezon City and Valenzuela will experience water service interruption on August 7 to 8, Maynilad Water  Services, Inc., announced Friday. (MARK BALMORES / MANILA BULLETIN FILE PHOTO) (MARK BALMORES / MANILA BULLETIN FILE PHOTO) Maynilad announced the following affected areas from 4 a.m. to 4 p.m.: In Quezon City, Maynilad said the water interruption is due to a replacement of a 3-ft.-diameter primary line butterfly valve at Regalado Ave. cor. Commonwealth as part of its continuous effort to improve water services in the West Zone. The following affected areas are as follows: Bagbag Bagong Silangan Batasan Hills Commonwealth Greater Fairview Gulod Holy Spirit Nagkaisang Nayon North Fairview Payatas San Bartolome Santa Lucia Santa Monica Sauyo Talipapa In Valenzuela, only Brgy. Ugong (Horbart Vilage II/Dona Marciana) will be affected by the water disturbance. Meanwhile, normal water resumption in portions of Brgy. Potrero in Malabon City will be at around 4 a.m. on August 3, Saturday. Maynilad said the water interruption is due to a leak repair activity along Victoneta cor. Olivina Homes. Customers were advised to start collecting water for their consumption on the said dates.
