By Gabriela Baron Just hours after the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority conducted clearing operations, illegal vendors went back anew to their posts in Taft Avenue Extension in Baclaran.

(MANILA BULLETIN) The vendors occupied two lanes in Quirino Avenue. Meanwhile, pedicabs and tricycles were also seen counter flowing and blocking the roads in EDSA corner Taft. The MMDA started dismantling obstructions this morning.
